At the Grand Hôtel Roi René, we offer high-quality services from the moment you arrive.
In the forecourt, our valets will be delighted to take your car to our hotel’s private car park (available upon reservation). They are also at your complete disposal to take your luggage to your room. On your departure, the valets will be on hand to carry your personal belongings to your car, which will be waiting for you outside the entrance.

Our hotel offers its guests the use of an outdoor swimming pool right in the town centre – a rare treat and all the more enjoyable as it allows you to make the most of Provence’s summer heat in the best possible conditions.
From April to October, you can sunbathe on our sun loungers and pool mats, which are available free of charge, or simply read a book under a parasol. We also offer a pool bar and snack service by the pool, so you can enjoy items from the Aïga menu whilst relaxing on your sun lounger.

Whether you’re looking for a gift or a memento of your stay in Aix-en-Provence, a shop brimming with the flavours and scents of Provence offers accessories and souvenirs that reflect the spirit of the Grand Hôtel Roi René: calisson-scented candles, postcards, boxes of calissons and nougats, Fragonard beauty products, MGallery fans and mugs, slippers and bathrobes, nail varnish… All our products bear the MGallery logo or are locally produced in Aix.

The reception also offers a concierge service to provide information on public transport, tourist activities, restaurants and bars, museums… or simply to book a taxi.
A wide range of materials is also available (city map, cultural calendar, guide to tourist attractions…) to help you discover all the treasures of the city of Aix-en-Provence.
