From the moment it opens, the space comes alive with a creative drinks menu rooted in AÏGA’s Mediterranean world: signature cocktails with a Levantine twist — sumac, rose water, southern citrus fruits — carefully selected local wines, craft beers and non-alcoholic drinks.
